 There are currently 6 projects under the missions ministry. They are: |  | Orang Asli (OA) The OA projects are run in partnership with the SIB Semenanjung churches.The main objective to carry out community development projects, namely in the areas of Education, Skills Development and Spiritual. or at 03-7957 2701 | | | ............................................................................................ | | | Gathering of East Malaysians (GEMs) This ministry seeks to gather the East Malaysian youths including young adults who are studying or working in the Klang Valley, providing a platform for them to be connected to and nurtured in a local church. This group meets once a month on a Saturday evening. Contact person: Angline Liew 019 814 4202 | | | ............................................................................................ | | | Indonesian Maids Fellowship (IMF) In view of the many Indonesian maids that are employed by our own church members, this ministry was birthed with the intention of discipling the believers following our DNA growth track. Believers are trained so that when they return to their home country, they are able to carry on the work of evangelization in their own villages. There are 2 groups that meet every Sunday morning. Contact person: Esther Wee at 012 326 0623 | | | ............................................................................................ | | | Nepalese Ministry This is a new ministry that was started owing to the relatively large community of Nepalese working in the vicinity (of SIB KL). There is a small group meeting every Sunday morning, after the 2nd service. Contact person: Paul Gan at 012 225 1679 | | | ............................................................................................ | | | ETOP (English Tuition Outreach Programme) This ministry is slightly unique from the rest as it does not target one specific people group. Rather, it provides free English Tuition as a means of attracting other nationalities, residing in the Klang Valley. This group meets every Saturday afternoon - 2.30-4.30pm . Sea Gypsies Partnering with an missions agency in rebuilding the lives of those who were hit by the 2004 tsunami. GO101 teams are sent 2 to 3 times a year to do the following: - mobile clinics
- children's ministry
- community development projects
