Fellow SOTIANS,
It has been great serving with all of you. I wish I could say something sentimental or impactful... however... I am fairly blank at the moment. But please know this, I love you all to the fullest of my capacity and it has been an honor being your stage manager. Forgive me for the shouting and the nagging. Forgive me for not sharing my life with you in a personal way. I've learnt that when you play the role of an overseer, often you have to be stay out of the circle. Then again, you guys drag me into your craziness anyways. You guys have loved me despite me being the 'SM'. You've made it all much easier for me... seriously. =) LOL! at the end of this, i managed to spit out something emo after all. I pray that God uses the experiences, the talents and the relationships that He has given all of us for His present and future Glory. Without Him. we wouldn't have what we have now. |
I have been reading all the emo plus encouragement mails that have been flooding my mailbox and am left with just one thing to say as my sentiments have already been illustrated by many. The one thing I like to say is that although the musical is over we can still make an effort to meet occassionally just like a family, especially when we are all logistically just a stone's throw away. My condo is always open to all for meetings ( a conference room that sits about 10 with white board ), DVDs movie sessions, or simply just to use the amenities and chill ;-) Just give me a shout, you have my nu mber when you folks would like to come by.
Blessings and stay in touch! |
After reading all your emails, more often than not making my eyes swell and then overflow, I feel like saying something to all of you... not as individuals, but as a group, as SOTY. I don't think I can write as meaningful an email as those I have received, and probably being the newest person to SOTY in this mailing list, I doubt mine will carry as much weight as the others. So instead of saying my gratitude and expressing my love, I thought I'd share some of the things I've learnt from this musical and only then say my thanks. |
